2.7oz of espresso and cacao nib bean to bar chocolate in a resealable recyclable bag.

This is a new offering from Jungle Cat Cacao. We are offering espresso and cacao nibs bark, with a net weight of 2.7oz. The only ingredients are Belizean cacao and unrefined cane sugar, and fire roasted espresso ground coffee. This is the same 63% cacao chocolate as the Jagu-Bar chocolate bar – combined with espresso roasted Costa Rican coffee. This is a single origin chocolate, and all of the cacao comes from one farm in the Toledo District, Moho River valley of Belize. The “grape” or “raisin” or “raspberry” notes are especially prominent in this chocolate. This chocolate is made bean-to-bar.
The espresso is roasted here in-house at Jungle Cat Cacao using mountain grown Costa Rican coffee beans. We roast and grind the coffee ourselves.
This chocolate is especially fresh and this bark does not last long, it sells out quickly from out retail store and at our farmers markets. We do not offer this product in stores, only online. You will become a fan of this recipe from the first bite.
This includes 2.7 ounces of chocolate bark made with cacao nibs and espresso in a resealable and recyclable plastic bag.
