Jungle Cat Cacao will make an effort to ship your purchase to you using the most efficient method the USPS offers. If you are over-charged for shipping we will reimburse you. Our shipping policy for the JAGU-BAR chocolate bar in any size order is a race against time and the elements during the hot months of the year. The box is a durable cardboard mailer with a heat resistant reflective liner wrapped around the product. Orders will be shipped either Monday or Tuesday to maximize the chances of you receiving the chocolate in as short a period of time as possible. If you are ordering more than 20 bars the order will be consolidated in a larger box with cooling packs when applicable. During the warm months our goal is to ship the chocolate to you as quick as we can so all orders are 3 day priority. If the chocolate becomes hot enough to melt it will lose temper and the quality will suffer. We do not accept returns for chocolate which melted in transit.

During the extremely hot months of the year we do not ship chocolate or cocoa butter products.
