Jungle Cat Cacao is now roasting coffee using the same fire-roasting method we use to roast cacao. This is free-trade Costa Rican coffee with a rich flavor which is greatly enhanced by the smokey roasting process. We offer Medium or Dark as well as an Espresso Roast. The grind is suitable for all drip coffee makers (or press-pots) and the espresso grind is suitable for home espresso makers.
