Bag of 8 Dark Cherry 63% Cacao Chocolate Candy Rounds – 3.2oz – Bean-to-Bar, Belizean Cacao

This is a new offering from Jungle Cat Cacao. We are selling 8 chocolate rounds, with a net weight of 3.2oz. The only ingredients are Belizean cacao, unrefined cane sugar, and roasted dried dark cherries. This is the same 63% cacao recipe as the Jagu-Bar chocolate bar we also offer here on Etsy. This is a single origin chocolate, and all of the cacao comes from one farm in the Toledo District, Moho River valley of Belize. The “grape” or “raisin” or “raspberry” notes are especially prominent in this chocolate.
This chocolate is especially fresh as these rounds do not last long, they sell quickly from out retail store and at our farmers markets. We do not offer this product in stores, only online.
This includes 8 pieces of chocolate topped with dried dark cherry in a resealable and recyclable plastic bag.
